If the patient's condition is considered life threatening (chest pain, loss of consciousness, severe breathing difficulties etc) please ring OOO , or 112 from your mobile phone, and ask for an ambulance.
For other emergencies, please ring the surgery and our staff will assist you. In order for us to determine how to best help you, our receptionists may need to ask you a few questions about your problem. People with urgent medical problems, sick babies and young children will be seen on the day on which they ring. The receptionists understand this and will always fit you in with one of the doctors.

Family Care Medical Services provide after hours home visits for problems that arise during the following times:
6pm to 8am Weeknights
12 midday Saturday through to 8am Monday
Public Holidays
There is a fee for this service which is payable at the time of the visit. People with current Medicare cards are able to claim the Medicare rebate on this fee. Children under 16 years, pensioners & residents of aged care facilities are bulk billed by Family Care Medical Services. An information sheet is available at reception.
